All rates quoted by Weddinginbali.biz, a division of Bali Satria Wedding are in American US Dollars. Rates quoted as shown on the web site. Rates include the services of our wedding planner to meet the guests at the Jimbaran Wedding Boutique to explain all wedding details two days before the event and to escort the couple during the wedding ceremony.
Also included is the use of an air-conditioned car with a reliable driver for pick up from and return to the hotel for the pre-wedding meeting and the wedding day.
NOT INCLUDED / EXTRA CHARGE
- There is an extra charge of USD 50.00 for Saturday, Sunday and public holiday weddings.
- There will be an extra charge if the wedding venue is not in SOUTH Bali (Kuta, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran).
- As your wedding is one of the most important days in your life, we do not want to miss out on any details. The preparation, booking of services, photo shooting, etc, all take time to coordinate and organize. Therefore, we recommend you finalize your booking 30 days before your wedding date. Please also note that wedding services booked less than 30 days before the wedding date are considered "Last Minute Bookings". Therefore, a surcharge of USD 100.00 will be applied.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENTS
A 25% Deposit is required to be paid together with the completed Wedding Reservation Form and must be received by Weddinginbali.biz before a confirmation can be issued. Final payment consisting of the remaining balance must be received by Weddinginbali.biz at least 30 days prior to the wedding date (or together with the Reservation Form if booked less than 30 days in advance of the wedding date). Failure to make the final payment on a timely basis will make reservations subject to automatic cancellation.
All rates are quoted in US dollars; however, in case of payment by credit card, local regulations require that all charges are made in Indonesian Rupiah converted at the rate of exchange applied by Indonesian banks for selling US dollars on the day of the debit. Any subsequent refunds will be based on the amount and currency actually received by Weddinginbali.biz
Although you may "lose" 2% to 4% because of these currency conversions, payment by credit card gives you valuable safeguards: in the unlikely case that anything should go wrong and you have a justified claim, you can always request a refund through your credit card company. The fact that Weddinginbali.biz charges are processed by all major credit card companies (VISA, Master Card, and JCB) demonstrates Weddinginbali.biz good track record. All credit card issuers would refuse to do business with Weddinginbali.biz if this would create any problems for them.

This might suitable to you as you may waive for the Bank transfer fee and less charges for your credit card if you are having a Paypal address with verified account.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Cancellation of a booking will result in penalty of deposit(s) and payments made. This may vary on you cancelation time frame within you due date of your Wedding Day.
LIABILITY
Weddinginbali.biz acts only as agent for the suppliers and/or organizers who are providing accommodations, transports, and other services. Under no circumstances shall Weddinginbali.biz be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claim or injury either directly or indirectly, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred, whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services as described or substituted, or by reason of terrorist or military action, riots, revolution, insurgency, civil war, adverse government action or inaction or acts of God, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services herein or as substituted. If any services are substituted, Weddinginbali.biz will act at all times in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with services of a type comparable to or better than those originally contracted. Weddinginbali.biz at their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind any contract for services.
LAST MINUTES BOOKING CONDITIONS
The requirements and time limit for each nationality are different; therefore it is important for us to inform you about the procedures in both nationalities. In any emergency cases, we may charge an additional charge if the wedding too closer with the wedding day and you are suggested to send us the details or documents before booking. It is possible to hold a wedding in certain day, but it is suggested not to set a wedding on holidays such as Sunday, National Holiday, or Local Public Holiday.
